We are currently seeking some ambitious individuals to join the team in the role of Cost Estimators, for IED at Shyamoli Ring Road, Adabar Bazar Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of BOQ and MOQ as per Design.
∎ Estimation of costing of construction materials and construction works.
∎ Prepare Detail quantity estimate of High Rise /Multi-purpose Buildings.
∎ Prepare rate analysis and unit price of Design (Architecture, Civil Engineering, MEP, HVAC,)
∎ Preparation of Item Specifications.
∎ Coordination with Architects, Structural/Electrical/Plumbing Engineers and Consultants to prepare the BOQ.
∎ All types of Construction bill checking as per BOQ and Measurement Book.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Must have good knowledge of market price of the different materials needed for the project.
∎ Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting adjusting budget projections accordingly.
∎ Formulating contingency plans and effectively managing risks that might impact cost and time estimates.
∎ Keeping track of the latest estimating technology and industry-related techniques.
∎ Ability to prepare and justify subcontractor bill as per physical measurement of work.
∎ Skilled to understand drawing, design etc.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
