Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from reputed University with Experience at least 2 year.
∎ CA- CC, ACCA Part Qualified, ITP, VAT Consultant and Member of Dhaka & CTG Tax Bar will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling Company & personal Tax file & VAT planning.
∎ Preparation of statements for annual Tax statement preparation and Tax return.
∎ Review Issuance of Tax Invoice (Mushak-6.3)
∎ Submission of Value Added Tax Return (Mushak-9.1)
∎ Maintain of VAT related register as per VAT act
∎ Handle VAT Audit conducted by NBR, AG and other Govt. Agencies.
∎ Keep liaison and communicate time to time with Government Regulatory bodies Circle, Divisional & Commissioner ate office.
∎ Collect, establish and update policies, procedure/ systems, SROs and Circulars for ? regulatory compliance relating to VAT.
∎ Issue & provide VDS certificate (6.6) against deduction from suppliers.
∎ Deduct and Deposit VDS & TDS or any other Govt. Taxes to Govt. Treasury.
∎ VAT & Tax compliance report prepare & filing in the right manner.
∎ Preparing & submission of related paper & documents in connection with VAT & Tax audit.
∎ Submit Income Tax & VAT and RJSC returns in due time along with the required documents.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on VAT Online
∎ Prepare & submit of relevant return under u/s 75A and 108 & 108A
∎ Identify and mitigate tax risks as well as review the Audited Financial Statements in the light of Income Tax Ordinance, 1984 with a view to reduce the disallowances.
