Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/Diploma in Mechanical/Marine Engineering from any reputed university/institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant mechanical equipment as required to support plant operation.
∎ Ability to interpret and review drawing and design & ensure compliance in accordance to the design requirements.
∎ To assist with the development of Mechanical knowledge and skills for technical resources.
∎ Maintaining technical documents, analyzing data and making recommendation for improving operations & solving maintenance related problems.
∎ Assisting and coordinating fabrication, operation, installation of equipment and processes.
∎ To assist in maximizing the plant reliability and reducing the down time.
∎ Supervising on different types of modification on auxiliaries system for smooth plant operation.
∎ To preserve additional machinery spares as per requirement.
∎ Ensure cost minimization during repair and maintenance works.
∎ Reporting regularly to Line Manager with daily Assigning work progress.
∎ Follow other jobs assigned by the Management.
∎ Comply with all procedures and standards of operation & maintenances as well as to follow ISO standard for Environment, Quality Management and Occupational Health & Safety.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ At least 2-3 year(s) experience for B.Sc Engineer and at least 3-4 year(s) for Diploma Engineer.
∎ Minimum 1-2 year(s) experience in HFO based power plants.
∎ Experience in MAN Engine with cogeneration will get preference.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills.
