Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering (ME) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent hand on experience in Mechanical Maintenance of the power plants, preferable in HFO based power plant.
∎ Responsible for executing work request and cross checking isolation of any equipment as required for maintenance purpose and to ensure that safety practices are being followed.
∎ Supervising and attending scheduled & unscheduled maintenance of main engines (MAN 18V48/60TS) and auxiliaries, Fuel system, Intake air system, Water Treatment System, Fuel Treatment System, Control air system as well as Steam Turbine, Boiler and other equipment etc.
∎ Ability to interpret and review drawing and design & ensure compliance in accordance to the design requirements.
∎ Proficiency to independently find, evaluate, troubleshoot root cause of complex nature of faults arising from O&M of power plants and recommend to fix those accurately and with prudent technical requirements.
∎ Train and develop other employees in maintenance skills.
∎ Ensure supervising on different types of modification on auxiliaries system for smooth plant operation.
∎ Responsible for following plant safety guidelines and procedures, strives to maintain an injury free environment.
∎ Ensure troubleshooting and maintenance of various kinds of separators and compressors , also repair various type of pumps.
∎ Comply with all procedures and standards of operation & maintenances as well as to follow ISO standard for Environment, Quality Management and Occupational Health & Safety.
∎ Maintain and control spare parts inventory.
∎ Any other job assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience in HFO based power plants.
∎ Experience in MAN Engine with cogeneration will get preference.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills.
Salary: Negotiable
