Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Plant’s performance and accountability through the development of strategic plans
∎ Lead the restructuring of the plant’s employees to align with industry’s best practices
∎ Implement the Integrated Management System and establish key performance metrics
∎ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
∎ Drive continuous improvement in Plant efficiency, reliability, and output
∎ To develop, maintain, and update the operation and management plan of the plant.
∎ To supervise, coordinate, monitor, and integrate the performance of each functional department in the plant i.e., operations, maintenance, bunker, inventory etc.
∎ Monitoring plant expenses in accordance with the yearly operational budget.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the top management.
