Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture with good academic records from BUET/ KUET/AUST/BRAC or any other reputed University.
∎ IAB Fellowship shall have preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Architectural Design Concept, plan, elevation, detail working drawing, 3D Visualization, Photoshop-­Illustrator software, Cost Estimation, Site Monitor & Supervise architectural design.
∎ Team work with Architect/Civil, Maintain the Co-relation between Architectural and Engineering team.
∎ Should have the quality to monitor, supervise, and lead a design team or any other works assigned by the management.
∎ Prepare detailed & working drawing of Interior design of residential building/hospital/diagnostic centers.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 5-8 years experiences in Architecture Firm, Developer, Group of Companies, and Interior Designing.
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point).
