Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture from reputed universities of home and abroad
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concepts and detailed design & drawings for both Interior and Exterior construction work
∎ Work side-by-side with senior Architects and others
∎ Assist senior and other Architects in supervision
∎ Guide and supervise Design Assistant for construction drawings and shop drawings
∎ Assist in preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP)
∎ Supervise ongoing work periodically
∎ Assist Design & Development and other departments as assigned by management
∎ Assist in Interior designing & budgeting
∎ Coordinate with other departments like Engineering & procurement as required to complete the work at the site as per schedule
∎ Periodic site visit to collect information, taking photograph, providing as spot decision as required
∎ Check slab layouts before casting and other layouts as & when required
∎ Drafting the drawings as required
∎ Coordinate with clients and Land Owner regarding design related issues
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Sketchup modeling
∎ Autocad 3D modeling
∎ 3D max modeling
∎ Max rendering
∎ Photoshop rendering
∎ Corel - Flash and Power point presentation
∎ Good graphics sense
Salary: Negotiable
