∎ Conceptualize and develop large-scale masterplans, integrating urban planning, landscape design, and infrastructure.
∎ Design for resilience and adaptability to climate change and evolving urban needs.
∎ Lead a multi-disciplinary team of architects, engineers, planners, and consultants.
∎ Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and demographic research to inform the masterplan design.
∎ Address complex urban challenges such as transportation networks, mixed-use developments, and public spaces.
∎ Passion for sustainable development and community-driven design.
∎ Ability to manage complex projects and navigate competing priorities effectively. Experience: • 10+ years of professional experience in architecture.• The candidate must have experience in Green Building designing.• Proven track record of working on large-scale masterplan or urban development projects.• Candidates with relevant awards or recognitions in the field will be given preference.

∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Architect to lead and contribute to the design, planning, and execution of large-scale masterplan projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in urban design, architecture, and sustainable planning, coupled with the ability to oversee complex multidisciplinary projects. This role involves creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling masterplans that align with the client’s vision and project goals.
