Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the overall security operations of our FMCG factory. The incumbent will be responsible for managing security guards, ensuring protection of employees, property, and assets, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily activities of security guards.
Ensure round-the-clock security coverage of factory premises, warehouses, and production areas.
Control and monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors, suppliers, and vehicles.
Inspect and verify inbound/outbound goods against proper documentation.
Regularly patrol factory premises to identify and address potential risks.
Monitor CCTV operations and report any suspicious or unusual activities.
