Experience:

• HSC
• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

• At least 5 years

• Age At most 50 years
• Only Male

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial/factory security (Experience in garments/textile/EPZ factory preferred).
• High priority only defense background (Warrant Officer/ Sergeant) with relevant experiences.
• Sound knowledge of factory security operations and C-TPAT protocols
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle emergencies, conflicts, or unrest with calm and professionalism
• Physically fit and able to work in shift duty.
• Govt. ( Fire Service & Civil Defiance ) / 3rd Party Fire safety Certificate need.

• Supervise and manage all security personnel and daily security activities.
• Frequently visit and inspect security arrangements during duty hours and beyond.
• Maintain presence and attendance of all security personnel at designated posts.
• Plan and ensure smooth duty shift and rostering of security staff as per factory needs.
• Conduct regular security training sessions in line with the factory training calendar.
• Monitor factory employees’ entry/exit, ensuring thorough and lawful security checks.
• Ensure no goods are allowed to pass through gates without valid authorization.
• Monitor all outsider/ labour movements and control unauthorized access.
• Ensure proper entry/exit logs of workers, suppliers, visitors, foreign delegates, buyers, and vehicles.
• Maintain logbooks, digital records, daily shift logs, and incident reports accurately.
• Prepare daily and weekly incident/security reports and duty schedules for management.
• Patrol premises, checking doors, windows, and gates to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Operate and monitor all security systems including CCTV, alarms, access control systems.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies (fire, labor unrest, accidents, etc.).
• Maintain proper documentation of all security activities and compliance logs.
• Maintain effective communication with Admin and other relevant departments.
• Need clear understanding about company vehicle management system.
