∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee and implement overall Management of all Security & cleaning activities
∎ To train the new Security Guards and develop the security awareness among all Security Personnel.
∎ To supervise preparing duty rosters of the Security Guard at different projects and campuses.
∎ To ensure that the security personnel are performing duties sincerely, smartly and delicately.
∎ Liaising with police, ambulance and fire service to resolve emergency situations.
∎ Maintain records of entry and exit of visitors, materials, vehicles and other records as per requirement Pro-actively ensuring the protection of merchandise, property and assets.
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
∎ Responding to emergency situations as they arise.
∎ Making sure that no unauthorized personnel enter campus areas.
∎ Accurately reporting all incidents to the Management.
∎ Should have extra knowledge on fire fighting
∎ Supervise daily cleaning & routine maintenance of office equipment’s
∎ Any other task assigned by the Departmental Head time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Ex. Army, Navy, Air force, BGB, (sergeant or equivalent) will get preference.

Salary:
