∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Site mobilization & sequential work procedure have to be followed as per work methodology.
∎ Implement waste reduction and cost control.
∎ Check and implement the drawing, design in field level as per client feedback (CCCC & BBA).
∎ Ensure quality materials and concrete mixing should be proper pouring to be followed.
∎ Implement schedules considering all sequential activities & within the time frame.
∎ Send materials requisition to procurement department in proper time.
∎ Organize and coordinate field supervision work.
∎ Check the quality of work according to quality check list.
∎ Check for quality workmanship for field work.
∎ Manage workers timing of different trade of works.
∎ Meet with the contractors for execution plan (Previous day’s plan for next day’s work).
∎ Provide RFI TO CCCC.
∎ Maintain safety, security & cleanliness in all aspects of work.
∎ Assist site engineer in general & technical aspects.
∎ Perform jobs when & where assigned by the PD and report accordingly.
