Experience:

• Age 30 to 43 years

• Working experience in Technical issues with Denim / Woven garments factory.
• Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
• Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills
• Must have excellent computer knowledge with English communication skill
• Applicant must have skill on team work, work under pressure along with positive attitude

• Must have technical knowledge & dealings with different buyers:, Hugo Boss, Lee, Wrangler, C&A, M&S, Inditex etc. only in Denim / woven factory.

• General supervision and technical guidance to the Technical Staff in the analysis, design, testing, and quality of production.

• Assuring quality of all products and compliant with technical specifications.

• Should have good knowledge on fabric, woven, consumption, costing, and quality.

• Able to determine and establish technical procedures and quality standard at both national and international levels.

• Devising & reviewing specifications for products or processes.

• must  understand garments sewing and quality inspection standards of clothes, fab quality inspection standards

• Knowledge about to cut the panel by pattern

• understand the production principle of pattern making ,

• Knowledge about to measure the garments

• Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.

• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.

• Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.
