∎ Age 30 to 43 years
∎ Working experience in Technical issues with Denim / Woven garments factory.
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills
∎ Must have excellent computer knowledge with English communication skill
∎ Applicant must have skill on team work, work under pressure along with positive attitude
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have technical knowledge & dealings with different buyers:, Hugo Boss, Lee, Wrangler, C&A, M&S, Inditex etc. only in Denim / woven factory.
∎ General supervision and technical guidance to the Technical Staff in the analysis, design, testing, and quality of production.
∎ Assuring quality of all products and compliant with technical specifications.
∎ Should have good knowledge on fabric, woven, consumption, costing, and quality.
∎ Able to determine and establish technical procedures and quality standard at both national and international levels.
∎ Devising & reviewing specifications for products or processes.
∎ Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
∎ Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the Management.
