∎ ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা এবং আন্তরিক ব্যবহার।
∎ ফলপ্রসূভাবে কাজ করার মানসিকতা এবং টিমের সাথে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা।

∎ প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রদত্ত সফটওয়্যার, হার্ডওয়্যার, এবং অন্যান্য আইটি সেবা সম্পর্কে সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ স্থাপন করা।
∎ নতুন ক্লায়েন্টদের জন্য বাজারে সুযোগ খুঁজে বের করা এবং গ্রাহক নেটওয়ার্ক বৃদ্ধি করা।
∎ প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রদত্ত আইটি সেবাগুলোর উপস্থাপনা এবং প্রদর্শন।
∎ গ্রাহকদের চাহিদা বুঝে উপযুক্ত প্রযুক্তিগত সমাধান প্রদান এবং বিক্রয় প্রক্রিয়া সম্পন্ন করা।
∎ ক্লায়েন্টদের সঙ্গে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখা এবং তাদের সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ নতুন গ্রাহক সংযোগ স্থাপন এবং বিদ্যমান গ্রাহকদের সেবা প্রদান।
∎ বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জনে নির্ধারিত সময়ে কাজ করা।
∎ বাজার বিশ্লেষণ এবং প্রতিযোগিতামূলক পণ্য সম্পর্কে ধারণা রাখা।
