• Cash counter handling experience

• POS Software using experience

• Direct sales experience

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.

• Assist customers in finding the perfect products for their needs.

• Sales our product to customer for their needs.

• Provide excellent customer service and answer questions about our products.

• Maintain a clean and organised showroom floor.

• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.

• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.

• Build sustainable relationships and engage with customers.

• Deliver information about the company’s offerings to clients.

• Provide proactive customer outreach.        

• Handle customer complaints professionally.        

• Collect and analyze customer feedback.        

• Demonstrate strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.        

• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
