• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Accounting, Brand Management
• University of Dhaka,IBA, Dhaka University,IBA, Jahangirnagar University,North South University students will get preference

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Consulting Firms, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Financial Consultants, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

• Age 20 to 35 years

• Drive new client acquisition through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation in the regulatory and compliance sector.

• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients and partnership opportunities.

• Build, nurture, and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, trade associations, and corporate entities.

• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks tailored to the compliance needs of prospective clients.

• Collaborate with the consulting team to align client needs with OZMO's service offerings.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity (including ACE Advisory), and identify gaps OZMO can address.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Represent OZMO Consult at industry events, conferences, and regulatory forums.

• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
