Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Acquisition of new B2B clients through office visiting.
∎ You need to visit our B2B client office during office hour and your activity shall be traced by our HR Manager.
∎ Understanding the needs of clients and ensuring the best possible options.
∎ Key Account Management.
∎ Experience in Travel, Tours, and Visa formalities.
∎ A revenue driven, target-based individual with a "Can Do" attitude.
∎ Ensuring targets are met in a timely manner.
∎ Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
∎ Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, Visa, B2B IT solution, travel insurance or upgraded seats/accommodations.
∎ The purpose of the role is to promote sales of the Airlines, Travel, Tourism and related lines of business
