Responsibilities & Context:
Promote company products and services through online and offline marketing activities.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Create and monitor digital marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Assist in preparing sales reports and marketing performance reports.
Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate record keeping.
Coordinate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle customer feedback and provide professional solutions.
Perform other duties assigned by management when required.
