Job Responsibilities:
∎ In these positions the candidate will be responsible for managing the sales process which will included leading the sales team to develop the company's position and customer base within the lift & Escalator market, whilst ensuring that both short-and long-term targets are met.
∎ The candidate will be responsible for the development of customer relationships, profitability of the company, customer loyalty and satisfaction, and will identify and build strong relationships with key decision makers, potential new targets and influencers.
∎ The candidate will be working with a high profile, high value client base, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
∎ Achieve sales target on annual basis as vested on the candidate.
∎ Implement and monitor sales campaigns using appropriate tools.
∎ Negotiate with clients and finalize agreement.
∎ Any other assignment required by the management should be implemented.
∎ Organize sales team and give them leadership and advice to increase sales volume and number of clients according to business nature and company policy.
∎ Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Good marketing must have past success.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ 1. The candidate should be previously B2B Sales experience, ideally in a managerial role.
∎ 2. He would be the new business hunter with a proven track record of generating, negotiating and converting new business.
∎ 3. Identifying opportunities for further sales and new areas for development through detailed research of the specific industry or market.
∎ 4. Strong ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships.
∎ 5. Developing effective sales plans utilizing sales methodology, to promote sales and ensure sales target for the company.
∎ 6. Developing a sales force to make the market share larger and sustainable, contributing to team targets and monitoring the sales team and meeting.
∎ 7. Good IT skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
∎ minimum 5 years' sales experience in Manager Position.
