Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Diploma in Civil
∎ B.Sc or Diploma Engineer from any reputed institution (Education from abroad and from any foreign institute is preferable)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience Real Estate field will be preference
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for safety function of whole construction area of the company projects.
∎ Responsible for maintaining every rules and regulation of safe environment.
∎ Assembles data for maintenance and filing reports, as well as submit every report to Head Office.
∎ Designs, develops and conducts safety and environmental training programs and maintains training records and assembles injured worker data.
∎ Coordinates and follow up the whole work area and determine the presence of hazardous conditions.
∎ Analyzes hazardous conditions and assigns risk assessment codes for use by departments to prioritize and budget corrective actions.
∎ Weekly Tool Box Meeting (Safety Meeting) with the exception of toolbox training conducts safety training at construction site.
∎ Develops fire prevention program for Cityscape employees and Contractor's labors including building evacuation procedures.
∎ Responsible for, and administers, the annual fire extinguisher maintenance program and the annual sprinkler system inspection and test program.
∎ Conducts periodic inspections of Cityscape job sites to assist managers and supervisors in environmental, health, and safety compliance.
∎ Plans and promotes safety programs.
∎ Maintains knowledge of Safety standards and administrative practices.
∎ Works with environmental, health and safety advisory committees to promote and provide safety expertise and in the development and presentation of safety training materials.
∎ Performs or assists with accident investigations as needed.
∎ Insures that processes take necessary corrective action to prevent future incidents.
∎ Communicates recommendations to all concerned parties promptly.

∎ Performing a variety of routine and complex administrative, technical, and professional work in analyzing and administering various components of the environmental, health and safety programs.
∎ Working within the Safety Division of the Cityscape, this position reports directly to the R & D.
∎ The Safety Officer has to supervise other employees within the division.
∎ Conducting periodic environmental, health, and safety audits.
∎ Knowledge of safety statistical measurement methodology.
∎ Ability to carry out assigned projects to their completion with minimal supervision.
∎ Ability to work independently with a multitude of tasks.
∎ Must have excellent problem solving skills.
