Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from recognized public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop all safety related documents, standards in accordance with local & international codes and regulations for BOGCL.
∎ Coordinate emergency situations and drills, document the hazard analysis process, hazard identification, risk exposure assessment and controls.
∎ Review safety obligations of the higher management and ensure they are carried out and communicated to the Section Heads and Supervisors, and field operating and maintenance staff.
∎ Supports other departments in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the safety programs in the field.
∎ Maintain Plant incidents and activities log and develop monthly safety report to management.
∎ Arrange and participate in the monthly safety briefing meeting.
∎ Assist Section Head and Refinery GM in organizing Incident Command System and develop and maintain ICS infrastructure and framework.

∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
