Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting a thorough review of existing regulations at the local, regional, and national levels to identify the legal requirements that apply to the gas pipeline project.
∎ Managing the process of obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals from government authorities, ensuring that all documentation is in order.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships with regulatory agencies, government bodies, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate communication, address concerns, and advocate for approval.
∎ Developing a regulatory strategy and advocating for regulatory changes or modifications that may be necessary to accommodate the project's specific needs while aligning with broaderenergy and environmental goals.
∎ Ensuring that all project plans, reports, and documents required for regulatory submissions are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
∎ Conducting regular audits and assessments to verify that the project remains in compliance with regulatory requirements throughout its lifecycle.
∎ Assisting in the resolution of disputes and conflicts that may arise between project stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
∎ Preparing and submitting regular reports to regulatory agencies as required, including progress reports, safety records, and compliance updates.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of professional experience related to oil and gas sector projects or in projects of similar nature. (Must)*
∎ All the Certificates and project experience letter/certificates must be present.*
