Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed university with minimum 3 first classes.Ph.D. / M.Phil. degree holders will be given preference.

∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your day to day office work will not be limited to your job description as given.
∎ The employee will:
∎ Be responsible for all operating issues in the areas of academic, administration, human resources management.
∎ develop, evaluate, interpret and enforce policies, procedures, and strategies of the University to achieve university's goal.
∎ direct the daily operations of the Registrar's Office; supervise staff; serve as an internal consultant.
∎ design, establish and maintain an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records of current and former students, and facilitate effective student registration process.
∎ Be responsible for the development of the Academic Calendar and assist the development and publication of the University Catalog.
∎ establish and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships with a diverse groups of employees across the University and with peers at other universities.
∎ participate in professional development activities and represent the University at outside organizations.
∎ represent the University to various institutional divisions as well as externally to governmental agencies (such as UGC and various councils), vendors, students and their parents, and/or the general public.
∎ manage key elements of the University students’ information system and other software applications used to support enrollment services.
∎ perform daily miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Honorable Vice Chancellor and Pro Vice-Chancellor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ The candidate should be dynamic and have good personality
∎ Systematic approach to Multitasking and Time management.
∎ Modern System adaptability & Creativity.
∎ Must have presence of mind in making decision and good leadership ability
∎ Willing to work under pressure
∎ Candidate should be hard working energetic with an attitude to be self driven, dynamic, result oriented, honest and responsible.
Salary:
∎ Registrar: Negotiable
Deputy Registrar: BDT 50,000.00 (Basic Tk. 25,000.00 + House Rent 60% of Basic + Medical Allowance Tk. 5,000.00 + Conveyance Tk. 5,000.00)
