Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall management of the Front Desk Office.
∎ Respond to all telephone calls and incoming/outgoing emails.
∎ Welcome, all Clients, visitors, and guests into the front office in a professional manner.
∎ Maintain records related to Front Desk Office.
∎ Should possess excellent communication skills.
∎ Develop and preferably excellent communication and client care skills.
∎ Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view to the image of the company.
∎ To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, and documents, and dispatching them to concerned
∎ Assist to arrange guest attendance and entertainment.

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
