Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that all front desk services are maintained in accordance with the official standards.
∎ Duties include meeting and greeting guests ensuring the highest standards of guest care and attention
∎ Resolve guest dissatisfaction by investigating, evaluating, and settling complaints; following up with guests; personally, resolving difficult situations.
∎ Good coordination between all departments to ensure guest satisfaction and team member satisfaction.
∎ Promote the basic habits of smiling, greeting guests by name, and thanking guests.
∎ Special attention and care are given to VIPs to ensure an overall pleasant and memorable experience is attained
∎ Ensure seamless workflow and processes at the front desk.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience as Reception Supervisor Executive in a similar position

Salary: Negotiable
