  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality, fitness, or front desk setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and email correspondence

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet all members and guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Address member inquiries and complaints courteously, maintain a complaint log, and escalate unresolved issues as needed.

  • Oversee daily front desk activities, including member check-ins, check-outs, and access control in compliance with gym policies.

  • Keep the reception and lobby area clean, organized, and inviting at all times.

  • Handle locker key issuance, track usage, and report missing or damaged keys.

  • Coordinate with the Head Trainer to book personal training sessions and other gym services as requested by members.

  • Provide information on membership options, renewals, and benefits.

  • Refer sales-related inquiries to the Sales & Marketing team.

  • Share updates on gym events, programs, and promotions with members and guests.

  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information on services and policies.

  • Maintain daily records of transactions in the designated Excel sheet and report findings to the supervisor.

  • Coordinate with the Accounts Department regarding membership payments and deposits.

  • Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Uphold the gym’s brand standards and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professionalism and courtesy.
