Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and payment applications.
∎ Conduct site visits and assess the progress of work.
∎ Review contractor invoices and ensure compliance with contract terms.
∎ Measure quantities and maintain accurate records of materials and work done.
∎ Provide timely cost reports and advise on cost-effective solutions.
∎ Conduct detailed cost analysis for all stages of the construction phase.
∎ Develop comprehensive project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and analysis.
∎ Manage and reconcile scope-of-work variations, ensuring timely and accurate adjustments.
∎ Identify opportunities to forecast savings while optimizing project functionality and resource utilization.
∎ Generate monthly interim payment certificates.
