∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed institute/ university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare/check detail Quantity Estimation
∎ Prepare/check BOQ & BOM of all projects
∎ Prepare/check project specification of all projects
∎ Prepare/check comparative statement, rate analysis, etc. of various construction works/materials as per requirement
∎ Check and keep tracking of budget vs actual cost for cost control & optimization
∎ Check requisition quantity in ERP as per BOQ/BOM
∎ Co-ordination with site, procurement, billing & audit department for BOQ/BOM related issues
∎ Input/Check BOQ/BOM in ERP system
∎ Reconciliation of BOQ
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Adequate knowledge on construction & building material
∎ Profound skill in interpretation of construction working drawings (Print & CAD form)
∎ Profound knowledge on construction estimation calculation and techniques
∎ Profound knowledge on rates of construction & building material and different trades
∎ Adequate skill in AutoCAD
∎ Adequate skill in MS Excel and MS Office suit
