Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all matters relating to the financial and contractual aspects of the project
∎ Finalize the Contractors monthly payment certificates
∎ Advise the RE and AREs on measurement procedures and calculation of interim and final quantities
∎ To conduct all related tasks together with Bridge Engineer, Highway Engineer and Material & Pavement Engineer.
∎ To inspect and verify fabrication if steel and concrete products and assembly and installation of these products
∎ Recording the details and monitor the day works recording and process
∎ To maintain day to day record & Preparation of variation orders
∎ To ensure Quality Assurance Plan
∎ To inspect and verify work method and performance quality of earth work
∎ To inspect and verify the contractor's methods of soil compaction with special reference to the type of equipment used in the construction of embankment, fills, reinforcement of sub-ground

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of professional experience
∎ Minimum 05 years in quantity survey/ measurement, invoicing, etc. in roads, bridges and highways Projects is a must.
∎ Working experience with international organization or, in international projects will be preferred.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on MS Office application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project)
∎ Must have background knowledge and experience in the quantity survey work in highway construction projects.
∎ Good command in English & able to work foreign experts
