Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project visit as per the requirement of construction site to check major structural and finishing works
∎ Project visit as per weekly plan
∎ Check whether construction work is being performed as per SOP, specification & design or not and suggest improvements
∎ Check whether the construction work is going on following all the safety measures or not, and suggest improvements
∎ Check at the construction site whether they are following the provided quality checklist or not, and suggest improvements
∎ Keep pictorial records of site observations, for subsequent review and reporting
∎ After visiting projects, prepare & disburse QC reports with pictorials
∎ Continuously develop the Quality Management System (QMS) & Quality Policy
∎ Top supervision of finishing work & ID Fit out works at site
∎ Coordination with Project Coordinators regarding project observation & QC report
∎ Rollout periodic knowledge sharing/learning & development sessions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge on Building codes, construction tools, technique, technology, construction material & their quality
∎ Interpersonal & communication skill, stakeholder & time management skill and documentation skill
∎ Architectural & structural drawing interpretation skill
∎ Observation skill
∎ Adequate computer skills on MS Office Suit, AutoCAD, etc
