Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement, and maintain quality control plans and manage certifications for labs and plants in accordance with all regulatory requirements.
∎ Develop and lead quality control department, implement training program for both internal and external stakeholders; evaluate technical specifications and economic factors relating to process or product design objectives.
∎ Quality control of ready-mix Concrete, establish new product line to improve overall plant operation and cost.
∎ Mix design optimization, quality checking of raw material at plants
∎ Ability to oversee QC operations and ensure orderly, efficient, and accurate day to day lab activities.
∎ Create and maintain effective relationships with commercial laboratories, architects, engineers, regulating agencies, academia, and large accounts to lead the industry in product utilization and development of sustainable industry regulations.
∎ Supervise Quality personnel to meet desired requirements, continuously improve operations, and promote personal development
∎ Make concrete mix design for sales as per request from customer. New Product quality test and send report to / operation head.
∎ Schedule visit to the construction site and send report to operation head.
∎ Manage Laboratory Operation.
∎ Perform field work and lab testing as needed to support the Business Unit.
∎ Meeting with customer in cease of quality problem and report to Operation Incharge.
∎ Make report on quality issue in construction site and inform to operation in-charge.
∎ Provide quality test report to construction site daily/ regular interval.
∎ Coordinate with site work and Operation head for overall Quality related issue.
∎ Any other project assigned by the supervisor related to QC Lab.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have minimum 05 to 08 years' experience in QC & QA in large ready mix concrete industry.
∎ Advanced knowledge of quality control testing for aggregates, concrete, and asphalt is required.
∎ Confidence in dealing with client suppliers, customers and the press-over the phone and in person.
∎ Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
∎ Must possess strong interpersonal and public relations skills for communicating details about events properly.
