Check Concrete quality, Monitoring and Quality Control, Ready Mix Quality
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execution the plan of the QC Team as per QC In charge’s Direction.
∎ Take care of Concrete Production requirements as per production schedule.
∎ Make execution plan of Daily & Monthly Manpower uses & Tests.
∎ Conduct Trial Mixes as per Instruction.
∎ Conduct Daily & Monthly Concrete Material Tests.
∎ Make Test Reports & Handover it to QC In Charge.
∎ Manage hard & Soft Copies of necessary Documents.
∎ Take care of Site Casting, Cylinder making, Curing, & Compressive strength test performed by the LAB Assistant & Report to QC In Charge.
∎ Control QC Team as Direction of QC In Charge.
∎ Take care of material Acceptance & Rejection activities.
∎ Update in ERP software for concrete Production.
∎ Follow up SPR, SRM, PR, SR & QC report on ERP system.
∎ Contact with client for any quality issue & if any complain from client, try to solve instantly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Can do work under pressure.
∎ Working experience in the Readymix industry will get preference
