Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate / Post Graduate along with Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise the process of Indenting, Requirements Assessment, Floating Enquiries, Taking Quotation, Rate Comparison etc.
∎ Materials Planning & Budgeting on Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Basis based upon Company's Sales Target/consumption & Co-coordinating with Finance Department for smooth fund flow.
∎ Vendor Development, Negotiations for Rates, Supply, Payment and other terms, Finalization of Purchase Orders & Follow-Up for timely Delivery of materials.
∎ Arranging the return / replacement of rejected goods and necessary documentation & Accounting for.
∎ Assessment of Capex requirements & finalizing the Purchase of Capital Equipments in consultation with concerned department and higher management.
∎ Materials Consumption & Cost Analysis and Inventory Control. Consumption of near expiry materials in co-ordination of the labs.
∎ Cost Reduction through developing alternate source of Supplies & Validating Substitute Materials without compromising on quality.
∎ Import Purchase & working for Import Substitutions for Materials and Vendors i.e. Development of Indigenous Materials and Suppliers.
∎ Monitoring & follow-up for Delivery, Installations, Services, Warranty & AMC/ CMC / Insurance of equipment & instruments in consultation with Concerned Departments.
∎ Getting the Department Audit done by Various External & Internal Agency time to time for obtaining the Various Accreditations.
∎ Checking & Forwarding of Various MIS Reports on routine & as and when required by the Management.
∎ Looking after the Sales Promotional & Other Related Materials Procurement at different locations.
∎ Looking after the Project Purchasing for all kind of materials for the new upcoming projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 yrs to 7 yrs of experience in Healthcare sector.
∎ A suitable candidate must be presentable with decent communication skills
∎ Computer and systems proficiency, specifically with MS Office systems, such as Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(S): Purchase / Procurement, Supply Chain in healthcare sector.
