Hospital Purchase Executive Job Description :

• Manage procurement of medical equipment, laboratory reagents, OT Instrument, medicines, consumables, and general hospital supplies.

• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with approved suppliers.

• Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related documentation.

• Ensure timely delivery, proper receiving, and quality verification of purchased items.

• Coordinate with hospital departments, store, accounts, and management.

• Maintain purchase records, supplier databases, and inventory-related documents.

• Ensure compliance with hospital procurement policies, approved budgets, and audit requirements.

• Monitor supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Qualifications:

  * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant discipline.

  * Experience in hospital or healthcare procurement is preferred.

  * Good negotiation, communication, documentation, and computer skills.
