∎ BBA/ MBA in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and identify suppliers of goods and supplies needed by the school.
∎ Source potential suppliers on regular basis, evaluating suppliers.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for goods and supplies.
∎ Build and maintain good relationship with clients, as well as the entire team to understand needs and objectives.
∎ Place orders for goods and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and quality of items.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions, including invoices and receipts.
∎ Manage the company's store and inventory, ensuring that all items are organized and properly stored.
∎ Monitor stock levels and place orders to replenish items when necessary.
∎ Ensure that all goods and supplies are received, stored, and distributed in an efficient and secure manner.
∎ Respond to inquiries from employees regarding the availability of items in the store.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized store, and ensure that all items are properly labeled and stored.
∎ Prepare reports on store and inventory management, including stock levels, order history, and cost analysis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
∎ Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
∎ Leadership and management skills.
∎ Must be able to work well in a team.
∎ Willing to do all the works assigned by the section management and School Management.
