Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA in any discipline; preferably in Management from a Public University. Candidates from IBA/DU/NSU will get preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, organize and manage the Functions of Hon'ble Chairman's Secretariat.
∎ To receive all orders, advices & guidance of the Hon'ble Chairman and carry out the same as per his desire.
∎ To attend mails, memos etc. and reply against the same as per advice & guidance of the Hon'ble Chairman.
∎ To organize receptions, get-together, appointments, meetings, seminars, symposiums, interviews etc. of the Hon'ble Chairman by maintaining a Calendar of Events & Activities.
∎ To ensure proper safety, security and other pertinent management of the Hon'ble Chairman's Secretariat.
∎ To collect Business Intelligence Report from various sources and provide the same to the Hon'ble Chairman for his observation, advice & guidance.
∎ To ensure proper liaison & coordination management with various Business Concerns of Labib Group as well as other relevant Govt., Non-Govt. & International Agencies.
∎ Other jobs & responsibilities as desired by the Hon'ble Chairman from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should be presentable, enthusiastic, energetic with good interpersonal skills
∎ Candidate should have good communication skills with adequate computer literacy
∎ Candidate should have good command on both spoken and written English
∎ Candidate should be self-motivated and ready to take challenge and work under stress.
