Job Responsibilities:
∎ A Design Proofreader is responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of visual elements, layout, and design aspects of various materials, such as marketing collateral, presentations, and other design-related projects. Here are the job responsibilities typically associated with a Design Proofreader:
∎ 1. Reviewing designs to ensure that visual elements, such as images, graphics, icons, and colors, are consistent with brand guidelines and style standards.
∎ 2. Checking the layout of materials, including text alignment, margins, spacing, and
∎ overall formatting, to ensure they are aesthetically pleasing and aligned with design principles.
∎ 3. Verifying the correct use of fonts, font sizes, and font styles to maintain readability and visual coherence.
∎ 4. Ensuring that images and graphics used in the design are of high quality and appropriately sized for the intended purpose.
∎ 5. Reviewing text content within designs for accuracy in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and language usage.
∎ 6. Checking that all textual and visual elements are properly placed within the
∎ design, and verifying the accuracy of captions, labels, and callouts.
∎ 7. Using appropriate design proofreading symbols or digital tools to mark corrections and provide feedback directly on design mockups.
∎ 8. Managing di?erent revisions of design ?les and ensuring that the latest
∎ approved is being reviewed and approved.
∎ 9. Conducting thorough quality checks to identify and rectify any design-related
∎ errors or inconsistencies.
∎ 10. Ensuring that designs are ready for print or digital production, including the correct ?le formats, resolutions, and color pro?les.
∎ 11. As per requirement job received, check properly and add related documents with a job, after complete handover to the selective section.
∎ 12. Good knowledge about CTP, Positive, Negative, and Block.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having work experience with H&M buyer will get preferences.
