• সততা, শৃঙ্খলা, সময়নিষ্ঠা ও কর্মনিষ্ঠায় বিশ্বাসী হতে হবে

• নিরাপত্তা কার্যক্রমে অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে

• চাপের মধ্যে দায়িত্ব পালন করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবেদলবদ্ধভাবে কাজ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে

• ভদ্র, শান্ত স্বভাব ও পেশাদার আচরণ বজায় রাখতে হবে

• লিখিত ও মৌখিক নির্দেশনা যথাযথভাবে অনুসরণ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে

আমাদের চলমান প্রকল্পে নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করার লক্ষ্যে সদ্য অবসরপ্রাপ্ত সামরিক বাহিনীর সদস্যদের কাছ থেকে আবেদন আহ্বান করা হচ্ছে।

দায়িত্বসমূহ:

• প্রকল্প এলাকার সার্বিক নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা

• প্রবেশ ও বহির্গমন নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা

• প্রকল্প সম্পদ ও কর্মীদের নিরাপত্তা পর্যবেক্ষণ

• শৃঙ্খলা ও পেশাদারিত্ব বজায় রাখা
