Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand & collect project requirements.
∎ Assist concern department to prepare project schedule & other plans.
∎ Track project progress & cost incurred by visiting the project.
∎ Develop monitoring and impact indicators for the project's success.
∎ Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks.
∎ Participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist the line manager in preparing relevant reports.
∎ Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the project.
∎ Assist in coordinating across the available components of the Project to ensure effective implementation.
∎ Provide input and update information related to project outcome to line manager.
∎ Monitoring the sustainability of the project's results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Demonstrated leadership and personnel/project management skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
∎ Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Knowledge of MS project or primavera P6.
∎ Must have to smart & energetic.
