∎ B.Sc. (Hons) Computer Science and/or Engineering. Exceptions can be made in case of long experience in Software project management and development. Good knowledge of ERP will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery to the executive team.
∎ Ability to drive the overall Project Delivery to a successful conclusion requiring strong Project Resource Management Allocation skills coupled with a good Technical Background. Success will be measured by on-time, error-free delivery, with high satisfaction from Enterprise Customers or Business Team
∎ Can be able to map the end user requirement with organizational standards
∎ Develop and Oversee detailed project plans.
∎ Coordinate with cross functional teams and organize Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups and Review Meetings for Technical Team
∎ Identify, analyze and recommend business systems solution enhancements to the management having broad business impact.
∎ Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, WBS, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
∎ Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans. Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback.
∎ Present formal presentations and executive summaries to senior management to provide recommendations and status updates.
∎ Can assist with 360-degree aspects of Project deployment including (but not limited to): Business Process Configuration, documenting current and future process flows and business rule configuration, User Interface Configuration, External System Integration (if required), Test Data Configuration, Training and Building the Team etc.
∎ Ability to build strong & collaborative relationship with business stakeholders and vendors.
∎ Provide leadership and guidance to team members, business analysts and developers for products allocated to this position.
∎ Ensure that documentation of all products is up-to-date at all times (e.g., business analysis reports, design documentation, user manuals, "Help" and "Technical Manuals") and are of sufficient standards.
∎ Chair project planning meetings, strategize project approach, resource requirement as per requirements and accordingly prepare testing, data conversion, training and implementation plans and ensure their timely accomplishment.
∎ Review the allocation of tasks to team members and monitor and evaluate them regularly. Take appropriate actions if any deviation is observed.
∎ Report progress periodically as per procedures followed in Southtech.
∎ Require business analysts to carry out research of similar products developed by other software houses in the industry with a view to improving our own products.
∎ Be proactive in the selection of new technologies keeping in mind the effectiveness to their application in 'adding value' to Southtech's product lines.
∎ Manage conflicts, ensuring everyone involved is working together effectively towards successful Implementations. Provide necessary support to team members creating a good team spirit.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Senior Management.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Excellent understanding of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project), CRM, Design tools, deep knowledge of design architectures, databases, and programming tools.
