Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering & MBA from public university. BUET/ KUET/ CUET/ RUET graduate will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner successfully.
∎ BOQ analysis, Minimum order purchase (MOP), supervision & quality control, safety and architectural, structural, Machine, Plumbing, Fire fitting execution & Contractor bill checking.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guideline and policies of the company management.
∎ Study & review the working drawing and evaluate the material for procurement in form a requisition.
∎ Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
∎ Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
∎ Sound Knowledge about Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), ACI & AICE etc.
∎ Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
∎ Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies.
∎ Perform or oversee soil testing to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations.
∎ Complete of all the documentation required for the project.
∎ Daily, Weekly, Monthly progress report with photo as per company policy.
∎ He will report to the honorable Managing Director directly.
∎ Responsible to perform any others job as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 4/5 years work experience in abroad.
∎ Preference will be given for the candidate having experience in water supply & treatment project/ work.
∎ Candidates ready to join with short notice will get privileged.
∎ To make necessary communication with the Consultant, Architect & various stake holders.
∎ Strong fluency in English.
∎ Excellent knowledge in Computer and MS Office application especially in MS Excel.
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D or similar.
∎ Project management and supervision skills.
∎ Strong communication ability with International Engineering company.
∎ Good leadership, execution skill, smartness, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage any situation & problem.
∎ To monitor day to day of all construction & civil work.
∎ Will be responsible for all construction work & project work of the organization.
∎ As per company demands candidates has to travel anywhere in Bangladesh as required.
