Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Interior design
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Client Management, Drawing, Good Negotiator, People Manager, Project Management, Strong technical knowledge of interior design

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Drawing, Exterior Design, Exterior Project, Floor Plan, Interior Design, Interior Project, Material Management, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences in detail, including any special considerations or concerns.
∎ Managing materials and labor costs to ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines.
∎ Review bids from subcontractors to ensure they are reasonable in price and scope of work offered.
∎ Working with architects to coordinate design details with construction plans.
∎ Preparing progress reports for clients on a regular basis throughout the duration of the project.
∎ Create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives and project requirements.
∎ Manage project schedules, budgets, and set-up with sub-contractors, vendors, and consultants.
∎ Manage a range of project team sizes, comprised of project architects, and interior & exterior designers.
∎ Prepare project proposals, negotiate contracts and fees, the coordinate bidding process.
∎ Generating creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project.
∎ Coordinate and manage all phases of the design process.
∎ Conduct site visits regularly to manage and oversee the project progress.
∎ Manage client relations.
∎ Manage overall project fees and schedules.
∎ Provide leadership to staff.
∎ Generate creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project.
∎ Coordinate and manage full life cycle projects and project teams.
∎ Coordinate and manage all phases of the design process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the field of technical design, ideally for renovation, refurbishment, and remodeling projects.
∎ Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, colour selections, and specifications
∎ Knowledge of design requirements, construction methods and materials for high end residential environments
∎ Great ability to multitask, work independently as well as a team, fearless and ambitious
∎ Be a team-oriented and highly-motivated individual
∎ Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, would be advantageous though you will be supported by a CAD designer.
∎ Experienced in managing large-scale design/space planning projects (Project Management Skills).
∎ Ability to produce creative and technically sound exterior-interior architectural schemes.
∎ Ability and experience of communicating at a senior level with key decision-makers.
∎ Expert knowledge of building regulations and other statutory requirements pertinent to interior construction projects.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
