∎ • Must have the mindset to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
∎ • Must have the mental strength to take on the challenges of responsible work
∎ • Must be aware of professionalism and punctuality
∎ Experience required:
∎ • Minimum three years working experience required in field sector
∎ • Applicant must understand electronic devices
∎ • Special preference will be given to those who have retired from the ranks of soldiers and sergeants from the Army.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1) Supervise all projects
∎ 2) Daily update would be given on time with video
∎ 3) Must have the ability to complete the project on given time
∎ 4) Have to arrange all products / ingredient / carpenter / Mason / Labors etc. as per projects required
∎ 5) To completion of the project must take necessary action but project should be finish on time.
∎ 6) After completion of the project must have to maintain for better output .
∎ 7) Must able to generate profit from the projects
∎ 8) Necessary accounts should be clear on daily basis ( without any delay )
∎ 9) Unforeseen risk should be presume and also inform to authority
∎ 10) Managing capability required to handle all employees whom are working under those projects
∎ 11) From those given project must have to generate revenue per month to meet KPI .
∎ 12) All others work as per company required or assigned for have to complete.
