Understanding and writing capacity of basic English.
Responsibilities & Context:
Implement and maintain efficient workflows to streamline production processes, including scripting for software like Photoshop and Lightroom.
Collaborate with the production team to enhance productivity and optimize quality.
Handle all test work received from potential clients, ensuring the highest standards are met before final delivery.
Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards across all projects.
Propose and implement process improvements to achieve operational efficiency.
Excellent understanding of quality assurance in post-production image editing.
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in quality control.
Identify training needs and based on that prepare & plan training accordingly for teams performance improvement.
Can able to work on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and have experience with different high end retouching like - model, E-commerce products, Jewelry (different ornaments; gold & diamond) etc. will add advantage.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Willingness to do overtime duty.
Perform other duties as may be assigned by the HOD and COO.
