∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare daily, weekly and monthly schedule/plan for execution of utility services/facilities at project
∎ To prepare estimate, budget and BOQ for execution of works
∎ To supervise the on-going infrastructural development works and ensure their timely completion
∎ To monitor the progress of works and prepare daily reports for top management.
∎ To assign proper job to subordinates and guide them for quality and timely delivery of services.
∎ To ensure quality of works through conducting tests.
∎ To set requirement of manpower and prepare/update Organogram for smooth completion of work.
∎ To maintain store and prepare inventory for required construction materials/spare parts of equipment for providing uninterrupted support.
∎ To organize weekly/monthly meeting for reviewing problems/progress of the works
∎ To assist the superiors in day to day works to maintain deadlines.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring, Building, Factory & Service area design with 3D Animation Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Project Management
Salary: Negotiable
