∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation, Production Process, project coordination, Project Engineer, Project Management, Project Management/ Co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing & designing the plan and analyzing the development & implementation progress of the Coffee Project.
∎ Overseeing the erection, installation and commissioning of the entire Coffee Processing Plant.
∎ Ensuring that all the project requirements are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
∎ Involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring the technical feasibility of the project.
∎ Formulating effective workforce planning from the initial stage of the project to the operation stage as per requirement.
∎ Developing user manuals, training materials and other related documents as needed to enable successful implementation of the project.
∎ Leading takeover of the Coffee Processing Plant from the Supplier in full capacity.
∎ Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
