Civil Construction, Good command over MS Office Package, project, Project Management, Project Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning the civil construction work based on business development.
∎ Make budget & BOQ for civil works.
∎ Coordinate with civil consultant.
∎ Support all factories civil related all maintenance and repair works.
∎ Execute & evaluate the civil works as per BNBC code.
∎ Make the deadline for civil works completion.
∎ Ensure cost effective & precise civil construction work.
∎ Ensure quality civil works and its control.
∎ Supervise site engineer’s work.
∎ Supervise contract people work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in project management.
∎ Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
∎ Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
∎ Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
∎ Should be dynamic, have the ability to manage team and have excellent leadership Quality and interpersonal communication skills.
