Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed Institution (BUET. KUET, CUET & RUET will get preference).
∎ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Good command over MS Office Package, project, Project Management, Project Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
∎ Supervising & monitoring construction works to assure that plans, specifications, building codes and regulations are being observed and followed.
∎ Time to time compare the actual works done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of project(s).
∎ To identify problematic area and provide appropriate solution for all service and engineering related issues.
∎ Prepare effective plan, implementing & monitoring of project activities and also track project costs in order to meet budget.
∎ Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
∎ Planning the civil construction work based on business development.
∎ To make budget & BOQ for civil works including coordination with civil consultant.
∎ To support all factories civil related all maintenance & repairing works.
∎ To ensure cost effective & precise civil construction work.
∎ To confirm quality civil works in every steps of the assigned project & its control.
∎ Supervising site engineer works & responsibilities.
∎ Overseeing contract people works & assign their individual responsibilities.
∎ Determine and define project scope and objectives.
∎ Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
∎ Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
∎ Any other relevant duties assigned by the upper management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in project management.
∎ Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
∎ Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
∎ Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
∎ Should be dynamic, ability to manage team and have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
