Job Context:
∎ Product Quality Improvement, Branding, and E-Commerce Based Marketing of Microenterprises` Products Project, Satkhira.
∎ UnnayanProchesta is a social development organization (NGO) established in 1993 working for the socio-economic development of the poor. Considering alleviating the poverty, established the human rights, ensuring the basic needs of the poor.
∎ Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) implementing a project entitled "Promoting Agricultural Commercialization and Enterprises (PACE) Project" with the support of IFAD. UnnayanProchesta implementing a sub-project entitled "Product Quality Improvement, Branding, and E-Commerce Based Marketing of Microenterprises` Products" under PACE project in Satkhira, where we areworking to extend the financial, technical and technological services to microenterprises. The sub-project is implementing value chain development activities to expand the markets for comparative advantage, market demand, and growth of agro-based products. There are provisions for product processing, certification, and marketing by brand image creation in the country and abroad through this project.
∎ We are looking for a brand developerwho can help to develop a brand and also developing marketing strategies for new product launches, researching market trends to align products with sales opportunities, and working with members of management to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals. As a brand specialist, he/she will spend a significant amount of his/her time performing market analysis and identifying the best approaches to maximize sales.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Technical Support in quality improvement and marketing of products produced by micro enterprises.
∎ Skills development of the micro entrepreneurs about product quality improvement, branding and e-commerce through training and workshop.
∎ Develop the market system by expanding e-commerce services to micro enterprises
∎ Provide technical assistance to the micro entrepreneurs in labeling, packaging, and certification of products.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategy to reach customers effectively, communicate the value proposition of the product to them and influence their purchase decision.
∎ Designing and implementing online marketing strategies across all digital platforms.
∎ Managing the company's social media platform and web advertising and developing social media strategies.
∎ Assessing the online user experience and developing strategies to increase NPS.
∎ Developing purposeful brand or product based on consumer research, industry, and competitive analysis.
∎ Formulate marketing mix and prepare plan to increase market share and ensure sales growth for assigned brand(s).
∎ Identify market opportunity as well as target customers and generate innovative ideas for building brand equities.
∎ Monitor marketing campaigns and engagement of own and competitors' brands in relevant media platforms.
∎ Liaison with media buying agencies for planning and executing particular brand campaigns.
∎ Generate ideas and perform activities for creating brand awareness through Electronic, Print, and Digital platforms.
∎ Plan and execute all digital marketing, including website, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Liaison with agencies/vendors/suppliers regarding product & packaging development from marketing aspects.
∎ Analyze sales data and relevant financials and take steps based on analysis.
∎ Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Maintaining customer communications with weekly reports, news articles, and industry guides.
∎ Preparing and presenting digital marketing reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Previous experience as a Digital marketing manager.
∎ In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques.
∎ Experience with social media networking and advertising.
∎ Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO best practices, and brand exposure techniques.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Advanced project-management skills.
∎ Knowledge of the latest technology and trends within the industry.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Creative Content Creation, Brand Promotion, Sales & Marketing, Market Research and Digital Marketing.
∎ 3/5 years' relevant experience will get preference.
∎ Adequate knowledge in MS Office.
∎ It would be an asset if the applicants know the graphics design, Adobe Photoshop.

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
